Private Charters aboard the Raptor

A typical charter is a 3-tank trip that boards at 0700, departs at 0800 and gets to Anacapa Island at about 9:15 AM to begin the day of diving.  The trip fee includes coffee and donuts when the passengers arrive to board the vessel, soft drinks and fresh ice-water throughout the day, a nice lunch featuring sliced fruit, a vegetable platter w/ dip, a selection of sandwiches and a hot entree (typically chili, chicken noodle soup or beef stroganoff, served from a slow-cooker) and brownies for dessert.

We also supply steel dive cylinders for the divers.  The crew is comprised of a USCG licensed master (captain) and a divemaster who serves as a deckhand as well.  If the passenger load exceeds 8 divers, we add a 3rd crew member to assist.  We have a couple dozen dive sites on Anacapa that we frequent.  After completing the 3 dives, we generally return to the dock between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Departure and return-to-dock times can be adjusted if so desired.

The cost to charter the boat is $1850 and we allow a maximum of 20 passengers (which can be made up of divers or a combination of divers, snorkelers and passengers who just want to go along for the ride.)  As far as selecting a date for your trip, most any day that appeals to you can be worked out… with the exception of dates that already have a significant number of divers registered or are already sold out.

To book a date, a $350 non-refundable down payment is required with full payment due one week before departure.
